What is the job about?

Handling of sales within assigned business scope within the framework of the strategies and policies of the company. Responsible for designated business area – OEM, Industry Division, South Asia. Main target is to realize individual sales target in assigned area. Implementation of sales policies, procedures and systems to ensure compliance with corporate policies

Your main responsibilities

  • Follow up on unit/project sales from quotation stage to awarding stage. Ensure that final pump set selection is appropriate to client's application and specification. Provide sales forecast by monthly on sales revenue and unit sales.

  • Maintain existing customer base and assist in developing plans, budget, and promotional activities. Find more new OEM customers in the business of temperature control (cooling/heating), machine makers, system builders, cleaning/washing, dialysis, etc.

  • Ensure full collaboration with customer service and service to enhance customer experience.

  • Achieve agreed marketing target that is align with commercial priorities, sales volumes and contribution targets.

  • Register all activities with customers in the global CRM tool; Register and nurture opportunities in the global CRM tool according to company guidelines; Ensure customer master data is updated on portfolio of customers under their responsibility.

  • Other tasks assigned by manager

Your background :

We imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Environment Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, and other relevant majors.

  • Prefer minimum 2-3 years sales experience in the field of industrial products.

  • Technical background in Industrial process will be beneficial.

  • Fluent Thai and English speaker.

  • Successful track of customer development and management as salesperson
