Resideo is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Tech Lead with expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Microservices, RabbitMQ, AngularJS, and xUnit to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will be key in designing, developing, and maintaining our web-based applications, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and efficient. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure best practices are followed throughout the software development lifecycle.

JOB DUTIES:

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications using .NET Core, C#, and AngularJS.

• Architect, implement, and maintain microservices-based solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.

• Design and develop RESTful APIs and web applications with ASP.NET and .NET Core.

• Implement message-driven architectures using RabbitMQ for reliable and asynchronous communication.

• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members on best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.

• Develop and execute unit tests using xUnit, ensuring high-quality code with comprehensive test coverage.

• Work closely with stakeholders, including product managers and designers, to define project requirements and technical specifications.

• Perform code reviews, identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, and ensure the security of applications.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment pipelines and optimize cloud infrastructure.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and frameworks, advocating for improvements in technology and processes within the team.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• 5+ years of software development with hands-on experience in product development.

• Strong experience with .NET Core and C# in a production environment.

• Expertise in ASP.NET and Web API development.

• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture , building scalable and modular applications.

• Proficiency with RabbitMQ or other message brokers for asynchronous communication.

• Solid knowledge of AngularJS or similar front-end frameworks (Angular, React, etc.).

• Strong experience with xUnit for unit testing and TDD (Test-Driven Development).

• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases like SQL Server or PostgreSQL.

• Experience with RESTful API design, security best practices, and version control (Git).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) is a plus.

• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile teams.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
