Target Sr Content Process Analyst in Bangalore, India

Our dynamic, passionate and responsive team comprises specialized

people-professionals from several diverse disciplines.Working within the Product

content team within Enterprise Item COE, you will work to develop, advisee,

and train best methods and reporting to product content specialists and partner

teams. This includes governance and tracking of Best Method use and reporting of

Item CoE goals related to content process. The Sr. Content Process Analyst will also

be responsible for representing in projects and cross-functional process

development conversations in partnership with Product content Minneapolis and

partner teams.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Global Best Methods Development & Process Support. Provide subject

matter expertise based on existing best methods and style guides for

partners to ensure our Item level experience is up to our site standards;

ensure content processes are aligned with broader digital orgs. Define best

methods and process documentation needed for work happening in Product

Content TII (Target in India). Serves as the product content conduit (process

lens) between content partners in Bangalore and Content Operations Team in

Minneapolis. Partner with Product Content Ops for POL updates as needed

Training & Communication. End to end support for content team in TII;

training/rolling out new bodies of work & processes, including workload

management. Own Product Content inbox vendor communication. Act as key

partner to broader Item processes, working closely with IPAs

Advocate for Tools & Technology. Advocate for process improvement and

technology/system support.

Collaborate with technology team to troubleshooting issues with content

processes, collaborate with Product Teams to help clarify problem statements

and prioritize category focus for product initiatives.

Work with cross-functional partners to bridge content

opportunities. Develop in depth knowledge of partner teams and process.

Orchestrate cross functional partnerships impacting content wherever

applicable

Data and analytics. Help to determine reporting development to govern

goal adoption and improvement. Enable dashboards/reporting on a ad-hoc

basis. Partner with data sciences on data enablement wherever applicable

About you:

4 year college degree

3+ years’ experience working with a large team

Strong presence, meeting management and facilitation skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to communicate with a diverse workforce at all levels and external

vendors in a professional and thorough manner.

Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills

High level of initiative

Strong commitment to quality and productivity measurements and controls

High level of organizational skills, detail oriented

Proven ability to successfully lead a project and execute upon initiatives

Desired Requirements:

Previous experience working in content related roles

Proven project management or Six Sigma/Lean experience

Experience working with international teams
