What You’ll Do

  • Own, execute and deliver significant features and initiatives with cross-team collaboration.

  • Solve important customer problems and deliver the most impactful results.

  • Track project status & deliverables, balance high quality product delivery under tight schedules and foster long term innovation.

  • Guide the team in system design, development and scaling of functional components.

  • Lead strategic quality, consistency and scalability renaissance initiatives within the organization.

Cisco Secure is a leading provider of network security services enabling the world to connect with confidence on any device, anywhere, anytime. We are passionate about SIG, SASE and SSE world and our product portfolio includes the cloud delivers firewall, IPS and VPN integrations and inspection services as highly available Distributed Systems using cloud engineering practices.

Who You Are

  • You have 13+ years of proven experience in leading and architecting software engineering solutions.

  • Should have experience with SaaS and Cloud technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, GoLang, Python, Terraform, and AWS technologies and Networking

  • Have experience with data plane and web application technologies including Rust, GO, Python, C/C++.

  • Working knowledge of testing methodologies, monitoring, observability tools, and techniques

  • Experience of Networking, L3/L4, TCP/IP is a plus

  • Experience building packages for CI/CD pipelines.

  • An experienced technical leader who has led a team responsible for the development and operations of security services in the SIG, SSE, and SASE space.

  • You are excited about developing and operating high-quality cloud-native solutions.

  • You make communication and collaboration a priority

  • You Drive efforts to achieve/maintain compliance such as SOC2, FedRAMP, etc.
