We are looking for an experienced software engineer, who would like to work in a startup-like environment, passionate about doing things the right way, ability to influence the team positively and willingness to mentor other team members. Responsibilities

• Design, implement and operate end-to-end product experiences. We expect you to lead the technical architecture of a complex feature, design, coding and testing.

• Mentor and up-level the engineers in the team.

• Do effective code, design reviews across various features.

• Make technology and design decisions to deliver performant experiences.

• Work on cross team/org projects.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 7+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

• OR equivalent experience.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Solid problem solving & debugging skills. 

• Solid UI and design skills. 

• 8+ years of industry design/development experience. 

• Expert knowledge developing in Objective C/Swift. 

• Expertise in building mobile frameworks/libraries. 

• Obsessed about performance and writing clean modular code, usage of design patterns. 

• Solid attention to detail. Passion for pixel-perfection and apps craftsmanship. Ability to solve hard technical problems practically.
