The Partner Growth Insights platform team is a multi-disciplinary data and sciences team focused on the success of Microsoft Cloud customers and partners. Our analysis services and machine learning models answer key questions helping our partners improve business models and services. Our team also provides key metrics about cloud adoption across Microsoft and inform internal business decisions. This also involved building global scale Insights platform using cutting edge Generative AI (Open AI) technology.We do this with a team of people with diverse perspectives and backgrounds who continually identify points of engagement, measure outcomes, learn from our partners, and improve business models and services. In this way we make data-driven insights actionable with changes to Microsoft Cloud products and services to make them easier to use, understand, and learn about. The institutional knowledge we build as a result amplifies our impact across Microsoft to help make partner success our success.

We are hiring an advanced in career Senior Product Manager to help us build highly scalable data platforms and deliver services and experiences for empowering Microsoft’s partner ecosystem to be successful. Responsibilities

As a senior member of the product team you will be responsible for the following:

• Understand what our customers and competitors are doing. Plan for features and product improvements that helps us build world class data sciences team.

• Work closely with the engineers in the team to define roadmap, prioritize work-items and plan milestones for product delivery.

• Communicate status of execution clearly to partner teams and senior leadership.

• Bring in a culture of data driven decision making for betterment of the product.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications :

• 10+ years of overall experience and around 5-7 years of strong product management experience building highly scalable data engineering platforms

• Good knowledge of data platform and architecture fundamentals

• Ability to learn and grasps concepts quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Great problem solving skills and outstanding drive for results

• Ability to drive clarity in ambiguity, communicate and stand behind key decisions taken in front of key stakeholders

• Self-starter, who proactively identifies problems and drives for resolution.
