Thermo Fisher Scientific is looking for a Senior Paid Search Specialist who wants to propel their career by joining a diverse team of marketing professionals. The role sits within our APJ Digital Marketing Operations COE, driving brand strategies and execution and reporting to our Performance Marketing Manager.

This is an exciting role with an opportunity to impact the growth of a global brand in the Asia Pacific region. You will be responsible for driving paid search media planning, execution, analysis, and insights. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and flexible in adopting changes and new challenges.

A day in the Life:

• Develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategies across Google Ads to maximise our return on investment and achieve business objectives.

• Conduct detailed keyword research, ad copy optimisation, and landing page analysis to ensure efficient campaign performance and relevancy.

Keys to Success:

• Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimise performance and improve overall campaign efficiency.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including paid media advertising and analytics, to align paid search initiatives with broader marketing objectives and business goals.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

Experience

• 5 years of hands-on experience in paid search marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads.

• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale Google Ads accounts in a multinational corporation with multiple business units, product lines and regions across APJ.

• Prior experience in the scientific industry is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, optimisation techniques, and performance analysis.

• Google Ads certification is preferred.

• Experience with other digital marketing channels, such as display advertising and social media advertising, is a plus.

• Exposure to East Asian markets and reading and writing Korean is a plus
