Role Overview:

In this role you will be assisting both new and renewal sales with quoting related operational activities.

About You:

  • As a Trellix Quote Ops Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the relationship between Sales and Operations.

  • Passion for data, technology and communication should be one of your strengths.

  • You will develop a clear understanding of the goals, strategies, and business practices of the Trellix Business, including pricing, forecasting and reporting.

  • You will identify and develop new opportunities within the assigned territory and establish a good working relationship with key sales personnel. Then, you will communicate strategies to the appropriate Field Sales Rep and the Inside Sales Rep to obtain their required support and coordination.

  • Taking the accountability for developing the business with your assigned accounts will be key.

  • This is a job for those who see their role beyond sales and marketing. You provide support to the Trellix sales force by effectively diagnosing and resolving issues and work requests.

  • You are responsible for accurately referring unresolved issues to the appropriate support group.

About Role:

  • Candidate should have 1 to 3 Years of operation experience of quoting, order processing, deal desk or any other Q2C experince.

  • Candidate should possess superior customer service skills and attitude, should have the ability to learn and work effectively in a fast-paced environment and blend and share information with the team members.

  • Candidate should be a pro in time management, prioritization and organizational skills.

  • Since the candidate will be handing cyber security information/data, need to be a quick learner and adopt to changes to implement on a timely manner.

  • Requires excellent verbal communication skills - English, with accent neutralization and excellent written and documentation skills (English) along with problem-solving skills.

  • Inbound and outbound calls with sales and other internal staff via different modes of communication will be part of the job.

  • Quote creation, corrections/revisions, Report/Data Analysis, Forecast/Grant Validation, Analyzing /Preparing Deal tracker, Assisting the sales teams with the entire backend operations will be the day to day activities of the candidate.

  • This opportunity is for US region support and hence should be willing to work in US business hours (Night Shift).
