Description

As Employee Experience Manager for Talent Acquisition team in India, you will own the planning, execution, and delivery of world-class employee engagement and development programs across the organization, through different stages such as orientation, engagement, development and retention.

The role would suit a tenacious, detail-orientated people person, with a passion for creating great experiences, an ability to lead through ambiguity and the agility to navigate a large-scale, complex teams. The ideal person will be a role model for diversity, inclusion and able to help create a growth culture, based on learning, coaching and problem solving. The goals for this role would revolve around Organization health, volunteering, wellness, events and engagement, and would require good program management skills. This role involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders including senior leadership, diverse teams across Amazon, HR, Connections, Internal Communications, and CSR. This role would be responsible for the end-to-end process including analysis, identifying objectives, designing, developing content, delivering and evaluating for impact. Using data and feedback from users and facilitators, you'll continually evaluate and enhance the value of our employee engagement.

• Identify, develop, and implement Employee Experience programs/ solutions for organization-wide audience.

• Launch, develop and measure programs around volunteering, wellness, events and engagement.

• Own and develop a plan for Connections data and reporting including diving deep into solutions, creating programs to drive engagement, facilitating Connections trainings and showcasing Connections success stories.

• Define program goals and key performance metrics – develop metrics and track delivery against project objectives.

• Design communications that track progress for stakeholders at the senior leadership level. Be able to analyze data, assess risks, prioritize, and balance business needs with the needs of an evolving program.

• Actively partner with WW organization—scale successful programs from India to different regions depending on their needs and opportunity and drive India roadmap and implementation for global goals.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Organizational Behavior, Business, Communication, or related field from an accredited college or university.

· 5+ years’ work experience as a Program Manager.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills, and must be comfortable engaging with executive level leaders.

· Experience working cross-functionally with leadership stakeholders. · Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and autonomously.

· Core Change Management and Program/Project Management skills (regular updates, Program flashes, data audits, review meetings, etc.)

· Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Preferred Qualifications

The successful candidate will be someone who thinks and plans ahead, prioritizes short and long term, and manages time not only effectively, but with style and grace. Street smart; willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet team goals. Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership and driving results; demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or programs- work prioritization, planning, and coordination across teams. Comfort and capability working with data and basic analytics. Excellent oral and written communication skills, and must be comfortable engaging with executive level leaders. Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment.
