The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management team, in AI-led ERP org is looking for a Principal Product Manager Lead in India to lead a team of product managers and help improve our rapidly growing cloud ERP offering by helping to build a resilient supply chain solution that benefits both new and existing customers.

You will lead the local product management team and ensure a cost-efficient use of resources while creating end-to-end designs and specifications for customer and partner experiences. You will help shape future investments in the Supply Chain Management cloud, empowering both partners and customers to run their businesses as effectively as possible.

Responsibilities

  • You will lead teams to define significant business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas across divisions. You’ll also provide strategic direction in identifying long-term investment opportunities and will coach teams to engage partners to garner support for those feature areas

  • You will work closely with the engineers and ensure a cost-efficient use of resources while creating end-to-end designs and specifications for customer experiences

  • You will help shape future investments in the Supply Chain Management and AI-led ERP portfolio, empowering customers to run their businesses as effectively as possible

  • You will lead teams in defining a feature set and facilitate mid- and senior-level usability reviews with customers. You’ll lead teams to own the roadmap for multiple feature areas across divisions, and will guide them to build golden configurations and drive scenario walkthroughs

  • You will provide expert insights to help teams scale Product Marketing by building marketing and roll-out plans, as well as coaching them to create customer support plans. You’ll also lead them to promote the feature areas they worked on and oversee team presentations at large events

  • You will guide teams to partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for technical needs in order to improve product development in specific areas.You’ll also coach teams to manage customer communities and build trust with targeted customers

  • You’ll guide teams to promote the feature areas they worked on. This will include coaching them to present at small and large industry events, and ensuring teams collaborate on educational initiatives with Product Marketing

  • You will provide expertise to help teams partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for technical needs in order to measurably improve product development in targeted areas.You’ll also coach teams to identify features to deprecate, and guide them to manage customer communities and build trust with targeted customers across sectors

Qualifications

The job requires a strong understanding of SCM/ERP in enterprise applications space, good analytical skills, strong people management, highly collaborative, as well as great coaching, communication, and presentation skills.

Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs)

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development

  • 4+ years of people management experience.

  • Strong experience with the supply chain domain and a deep understanding of the related processes in ERP

  • Experienced Product Manager with customer collaboration and design focus when creating products

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, plus the ability to communicate complex customer concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and at varying levels of the organization

Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

  • Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management knowledge. Especially within the areas of manufacturing, procurement, planning, costing, and inventory management

  • 6+ years people management experience

  • Good knowledge of AI ,Anaytics and Automation, and how it can be applied to Supply Chain domain

  • Experience in creating strategy plans (including executive summaries, vision and business objectives, core values, SWOT analysis, tactics, KPIs, industry analysis, competitive analysis, and financial projections) to define what the team needs to do to reach company goals

  • Demonstrated product thought leadership with experience in establishing effective relationships and presenting to industry analysts, including Gartner and IDC

  • A solid technology understanding of cloud-deployed business solutions.

  • Familiarity with the tools and techniques for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses of various sources of data for driving design and roadmap decisions is a plus
