GalaxE Pega PSO/Admin in Bangalore, India
2+ years of experience to start with:
Experience wise same people as dev, someone with Pega dev experience. This is not a traditional PSO role-not on call waiting for outages. The system is very stable-no outages in 18 months. They have a level 1 help desk in place. This role needs to take the questions level 1 can not solve and research them-if they are defects then fix the simple ones-or kick the harder ones back to dev teams.
There will be 1 release a month-on a thursday night-from 8p-1a, that would be rotated among the 3-4 PSO people-so only 3 or 4 times a year.
So it’s not a typical Admin role, rather it will involve good analytical skills as well as dev skills to fix issues if required.
