We are looking for MES OpCenter Support Engineer

Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any relevant qualification.

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in MES and OpCenter, and ERP interface ideally in an international environment working on global projects.

Completed at least 3 full life-cycle projects with strong familiarization of various MES/OpCenter processes, and standard setup and functionalities.

Ability to work independently in gathering requirements from users, process mapping and solution transformation.

Experience in IT systems development life cycle with demonstrated ability to navigate complex multiple stakeholder environment is a plus.

Proven work experience in consultancy, business analysis, and certification in OpCenter version 8.8 is a plus.

Ability to travel as needed.

Nice to have:

Knowledge and experience in core 3Shape

Data migration (custom products)

Work experience in InforLN 10.7 system

Key Responsibilities:

Support the overall project strategy by carrying out the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) / OpCenter work package during project implementation.

Collaboratively define business and functional requirements with project team members and business users.

Analyze, design, and implement MES global process template considering business’ complexity and needs. Ensures globally aligned IT solution with country requirements.

Provide functional and technical expertise and recommendations in migrating various data requirements from different sources in relation to MES benchwork.

Collaborates with Infor technical team for solution development, responsible for system configuration, technical solution documentation, and ensure proper operational controls and procedures are implemented when deploying solutions to production/live environment

Travel as needed to client sites or other company locations.

What we are looking for:
