LMI Technologies Office Administrator in Bangalore, India

What will you do as an Office Administrator?

LMI Technologies is looking for an energetic, friendly and enthusiastic Office Administrator , who will build and manage the on-site support engineer team and help to coordinate support of the LMI solution projects. 

The Office Administrator works closely with Sales staff to identify the workload and schedule and provide resources needed, such that solution projects are supported properly. Reports to On-site Support Manager.

Activities include periodically meeting with TPMs and project leaders for resource status review, timely response to application of new projects, oversee 3rd party Field Support Engineers (FSE hereafter) to make sure they meet both disciplinary and professional standards, monitor FSE's cost in real time.

  • Provide qualified 3rd party FSEs according to TPM’s resource estimation and schedule to make sure that technical activities onsite are properly supported.

  • Work with Trainer to provide training and testing for 3rd part FSEs making sure that FSEs meets our professional and disciplinary standards.

  • Before the MP phase of the solution project, together with TPM, discuss with the customer On-Site Support (OSS) planning and requirements.

  • Organize meetings with the FSE team to track FSE status and synchronize OSS activities.

  • Provide regular updates on projects, r eview and improve the performance of OSS/FSE providers to make sure qualified OSS service is provided to the solution projects.

  • Identify FSEs with the potential to develop their capabilities to provide senior FSE services.

  • Regular review on overall OSS activities to provide continuous improvements to this activity.

  • Office Management responsibilites inlude: Office Administration, Purchase and Logistics, Building Management, Infrastructure Handling, Office Invoice Handling, Import/Export Handling, Local Govt Regulation Analysis, etc

    What do you need to be successful?

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an office administration or administrative support role, preferably within a high-technology or factory automation industry.

  • At least 2-3 years of customer service experience or equivalent administrative experience with a focus on client interaction and support.

  • Strong understanding of office administration best practices and industry standards relevant to office management.

  • Solid interpersonal skills to function effectively in a team environment and interact professionally with colleagues, clients, and vendors.

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office and Google products

  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills

  • Self-motivated, have a positive attitude and a results oriented approach to business

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

  • A valid passport and the ability to travel frequently domestically or international
