Job title:

IT Platform Analyst

Your role:

• Manage or handle part of the E2E design, build, test, deploy and run the platforms in line with planned budget, resources and timelines.

• Participate in internal capability-building initiatives and Utilization Management.

• Interface with other platform teams wherever required and ensure delivery of business demands

• Enable the business by using best practices, tools, techniques, methodologies like Lean, Agile, DevOps and save costs and efforts to both IT and business

• Determines risks, define corrective actions and tracks the progress.

• Continuously report out on the, takes full accountability of deliverables.

• Responsible for Software Quality, Compliance & Regulatory aspects of the solution.

• Identify E2E Business Processes together with BPO / BPE that are critical and establish monitoring via OCC

• Support Operations and business with SME Expertise during crisis management for business continuity across global timezones.

• Support Platform Landscape upgrades, improvements to stay aligned with OEM guidelines

• Stay current with Market knowledge on Platform Technology Curve

You're the right fit if:

• 10+ years of IT experience including Agile; Acts independently to determine the methods and procedures on new or special assignments.

• Knowledge of Incentive compensation and Rebate management domain

• Agile way of working

• End to End project implementation cycle experience.

• Experience working closely with business stakeholders, business process owners and multi-functional teams

• Has process and IT landscape expertise in Healthcare

• Analyse main business processes / requirements and translate into IT solutions

• Ongoing validation of deliverables against requirements

• Ability to respond to shifting business needs and priorities

• Good stakeholder management skills. Understand how to collaborate and communicate with global stakeholders

• Analytical mindset, problem solving skills and structured person

• Should be able to look beyond the current scope of work and be able to propose newer IT business propositions to stakeholders and recommend innovations to platform providers

• Experience in Anaplan incentive Mgmt

• Azure DevOps

• Project Planning and building roadmap

• Experience in leading project teams

• Develop user stories (both functional and system operational requirements
