About Us
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Analyst to join our Finance Solution Governance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, analyzing, and maintaining our Oracle Financial system. This role will work closely with finance, IT, and business teams to ensure effective system use and support financial operations, reporting, and project implementation. The candidate will provide technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and help streamline processes for optimal performance and accuracy.
Job Summary
Governing solutions or improvements for business procedures within the following Oracle Financial modules including, but not limited to, General Ledger (GL), Cost Accounting (CST, Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Localizations.
Analyze and resolve financial system issues, ensuring that Oracle Financial applications are operating effectively.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define financial reporting and system requirements.
Perform regular system audits and validations to ensure data accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
Support financial integration with other enterprise applications such as payroll, procurement, and inventory management.
Lead or assist in Oracle Financials implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Train and support end-users to maximize the efficient use of Oracle financial applications.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and company policies.· .
Basic Qualifications
Experience with India Localization and Cost Accounting
Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal audit requirements.
Familiarity with other financial systems or ERP platforms. · .
