Job Summary: We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Qualified Company Secretary / CA Inter (Chartered Accountant Inter) to join our team as an FP&A Analyst. This is a key role within our finance department, where you will be responsible for financial planning and analysis activities to support business decision-making and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to provide accurate and timely insights to management.

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and key areas of concern or improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial models, which include profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives.

  • Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities, ensuring appropriate financial controls are in place.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and industry benchmarks to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting, working closely with finance and business teams.

  • Assist in developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and internal policies.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, changes in accounting standards, and best practices related to financial planning and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Company Secretary / CA - inter

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an FP&A or similar role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial information to stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Attention to detail with a strong sense of accuracy and organization.

  • Knowledge of finance and accounting principles, standards, and practices.
