What You Will Do (Or Learn To Do):
Attract, hire, nurture, and retain the top-tier talent
Build the best-in-class engineering culture
Hands-on leadership driving various site-level technology initiatives
Own and drive multiple product/technology areas end-to-end
Responsible for crafting product vision, architecture, and technology and driving the execution from design discussions to implementation, deployment, and customer success
Work with product teams and various business counterparts to build a highly scalable platform
What You Should Already Know:
Hands-on technical leadership experience with a track record of scaling startups/products.
Previous experience in software development and a solid foundation in distributed systems at a cloud Scale
Ability to dive into details wherever needed including being hands-on when needed
Experience in building best-in-class engineering teams and a positive engineering culture.
Ability to own and deliver by working with sub-teams cross-functionally.
