GlowRoad is established by seasoned entrepreneurs (ex IIT & IIMs) having two successful startup exits in the past. This is the third startup where the team members are working together. The last two companies were profitable and were acquired by public listed companies from India and the US.

Key job responsibilities

• Identify customers’ needs and analyze current content to make improvements as necessary.

• Should be social media savvy and should have the knowledge of current trends that run on the apps (Preferably e-commerce platforms).

• Create and maintain strong content that fulfills company standards and customer goals.

• Developing clear and concise content for a variety of social media/other channels.

• Understand customer needs through research and develop appropriate content to address the former.

• Write accurate and grammatically correct content as per requirement.

• Proofreading content for errors, inconsistencies and editing content before publication.

• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone).

• Incorporate creative execution best practices to ensure that high-volume contents are delivered in a timely manner.

Basic Qualifications

Basic Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, BA English, MA English or Related Field.

• Minimum of 2 years of equivalent and proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role.

• Excellent writing and editing skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A portfolio of published content.

• Candidate should be familiar with Ms. Word and Excel.
