Job SummarySUMMARY OF POSITIONThe Commercial Excellence Manager is responsible for driving best-in-class standardized processes and tools to support salesforce utilization, profitability enhancement, and value creation within the country. He / She shall be working in close co-ordination with Regional Sales Managers, Marketing Teams, FP&A as well as the Sales Excellence tools to provide right support to the country leadership.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Country ownership of the Sales Excellence tools and its deployment to identify opportunities for sales force excellence Drive towards standardized analysis which is in-line with the best practices within the AMEA region. Use a mix of internal data, external data & insights from the market/customers to build a robust growth strategy for the cluster which encompasses Champion implementation and adoption of the Sales Cadence Process in the country by tracking and reporting on KPIs using dashboards which help drive accountability and enable effective Root Cause Analysis Develop Sales Funnel tools and processes & execute across the country Ensure timely and effective communication and close-out of Key Decision Made, Elevations and Action Items arising from the country Review Process. Drive the sales incentive program across the AMEA region.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Graduation in any field. MBA / PGDM from Tier-1 / Tier-2 colleges will be preferred.

Experience:

  • 5-8 years with 3+ years of relevant experience / analytics experience.

Skills/Competencies:

  • Understanding of Customer and Market Dynamics

  • Strong Interactions skills & Influential to stakeholders

  • Understanding of commercial aspects of business (Sales Funnel, CRM/SAP)

  • Strong Analytical Skills will be preferred.

  • Negotiation skills and Strong Communication Skills

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Office

Travel/ Fieldwork: 10 - 25 % of the time
