Job Overview

Corporate Procurement Business Analytics team is responsible for providing insights to business data in areas like sourcing, procurement and supply chain. Building data landscape, develop user friendly reports and analytics tools and platforms for management and users.

Roles & Responsibility:

Complete the technical development of BI initiatives, ensuring constant communication and partnership with the BI Initiative Owner.

•Develop operational reports in Power BI

•Build automated reports and dashboards with the help of Power BI and other reporting tools

•Understand business requirements to set functional specifications for reporting applications

•Be experienced in tools and systems on SQL Server, Power Query, Power BI, and DAX

•Be able to quickly shape data into reporting and analytics solutions

•Collaborate with Data engineer and IT team to design new reporting, dashboarding and systems solutions for Procurement team

•Translate complex requirements into effective business solutions.

•Ensuring iterative design processes are followed, providing regular feedback and engagement to the business.

•Actively participating in feedback to other analysts with respect to the development of new initiatives.

Desired candidate description:

EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE

o Any Degree with relevant work experience preferably in supply chain or procurement.

COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

•Total 5+ years of intensive hands on different BI, ETL tools and platforms

•Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

•Deep experience in Data Modelling and Data Designing

•Excellent knowledge on Data Analysis and Database Testing

•Excellent Database skills with writing complex SQL queries

•Proficient with Power BI – must have the Excellent visualization skills with data manipulation skill in power query

•Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude

•Innovation - Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative

•As mentioned above – Very good functional business-oriented mindset as for this role the level of interactions with business users and key users.

•Excellent management and coaching skills

•Critical thinking skills

•Identifying, developing and executing data analysis to help teams create more business impact.

•Presenting written recommendations and insights to key stakeholders.

•Shaping and informing key metrics and indicators by which leadership will assess its performance.
