About Role:

We are looking for a meticulous and result oriented financial controller to manage and improve our financial operations and reporting. The role involves working closely with business operations and shared services teams in efficiently running the day to day financial operations.

The core responsibilities would include:

  • Managing the invoicing process across programs, monitoring receivables and driving collection efforts to maintain healthy cash flows

  • Ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition by active participation in the monthly accounting close cycles

  • Supervising thorough preparation, maintenance of transactional reconciliation statements and leading appropriate, timely closure of open items

  • Aid in preparation of financial reports and analysis

  • Streamlining financial operations, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability

  • Managing a team, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment

Requirements:

  • CA with 4-5 years of post-qualification experience with strong financial acumen, knowledge of accounting principles and GST requirements

  • Work experience in corporate accounting / controllership functions with regional (APAC) exposure preferred

  • Experience with sales organizations/ transactional business

  • Effective communication and team management skills (preference for having managed a 3-5 member team), collaborative work style

  • Advanced skills in microsoft excel, google sheets and able to manage large data sets; good understanding of ERP systems

  • Candidate based out of Bengaluru
