As a key member of our Customer Service for Financial Services team, you will play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge solutions using the latest advancements in Pega technology

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Develop a world class enterprise product

  • Propose and adhere to best practices, while focusing on building scalable & performant enterprise solution within the release timeline

  • Work on Pega ui-kit and constellation frameworks to build products using Pega technology, JAVA, REACT, Python, RESTFul microservices and acquire new skills a propose new technical solutions

  • Utilize your outstanding technical skills to demonstrate new and innovative ways to implement software solutions

  • Talk about the product and present to a broader group

  • Collaborating with a high performing Pega teams to build out the next generation of features in the product

Who You Are:

You are a software developer having experience in building large scale applications and passionate about exploring and applying this to help solve real business problems.

  • 2 – 4 years of software development experience, preferably in Pega PRPC platform.

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science or related field.

  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design, passionate about learning new technologies.

  • Experience using the following: Core Java, J2EE, Web application/ full stack developer

  • Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience

What You've Accomplished:

  • You’ve built and implemented model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions and applications.

  • You’ve been exposed to a variety of technologies including Application Servers, programming languages, relational and non-relational data bases and integration techniques.

  • You’ve demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and designing principles using JAVA, JS or Python.

  • Partner with internal clients, like Product Managers, to align business goals with implementation results.

  • Ability to quickly connect business requirements to the functional capabilities of an application with a strong technical bent of mind

  • Proven ability to co-ordinate a diverse set of business users to develop cohesive and streamlined requirements, documentation and user acceptance criteria

  • Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to shift directions quickly when priorities change, think through problems to come up with innovative solutions and deliver against very tight deadlines
