Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure productive collaboration between multiple stakeholders
Mentor and guide the leads
Ensure smooth and seamless transition of job roles during hand-overs and take-overs for role transition/ attrition.
Ensure proper resource management, validation of timesheet wrt right Jade from BTC leads.
Promote and lead innovation to enhance effectiveness of work delivery.
Promote improvement opportunities.
Working experience of Reliability, Maintenance, preferably in Meridium and/or Criticality Analysis and Equipment strategies
Working experience in SAP, PM and MM Modules knowledge is preferred.
Fluent English written and oral communication / interpersonal skills
Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the other teams
Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Aware of international standards related to equipment maintenance
