SC Department of Public Safety Computer Technology Instructor in Bamberg County, South Carolina

Job Responsibilities Delivers Computer Technology instruction including hands-on and theory, classroom management, and administrative tasks that may include reports, syllabus and lesson plan development. Prepares and/or maintains current course syllabi for courses taught. Ensures that course is taught in accordance with the established syllabi. Recommends for approval adequate instructional materials for course. Recommends adequate laboratory facilities/equipment for assigned course. Supervises students. Minimum and Additional Requirements Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree with eighteen (18) credit hours in computer technology, computer science, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Computer Science, or related field. Associate's degree with five (5) years industry and two (2) years teaching; Master's degree with one (1) year industry and teaching experience preferred.
