Purpose of Role
The Senior Lead, Business Planning plays a primary role in the strategic planning process for the Global Product organization. They will define, implement, and manage strategic plans in support of the CPO vision and strategy, and lead planning and management of assigned enterprise initiatives. They will establish benchmarks and metrics to evaluate progress and measure success. They must collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure efficient execution and sustained positive outcomes.
Your Impact
Develop and implement strategic plans to deliver against the strategy and objectives of the Global Product organization
Provide strong problem-solving leadership related to shaping strategic focus to drive initiative execution across the Global Product organization
Lead cross-functional initiatives (i.e. set process, deadlines, deliverables, synthesize status updates at the Exec level) end-to-end
Coordinate annual planning process for Global Product, leading to strategically aligned goals and KPIs
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and market research in support of strategic initiatives (e.g., trends, opportunities, competitive landscape), providing actionable insights to drive business decisions
Drive integration and shared consciousness across the organization to ensure appropriate visibility, alignment, and coordination against priority initiatives
Maintain strong organizational awareness, and coupled with knowledge of business priorities, anticipate seeing around corners
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business initiatives and identify areas for improvement
Develop executive communications, synthesizing complex information into compelling presentations designed to educate and empower senior leadership to drive strategic decisions, with a taste level appropriate for internal, external, ELT audiences
Qualifications
Ability to work in a flexible manner in line with the organization’s objectives and willingness to undertake other duties as reasonably requested

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and executive presence
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on structure and execution

Broad business experience driving execution and adoption of key strategic programs across large teams
Proven ability to develop and lead the implementation of communications strategy, policy, and operational plans, to a successful outcome
Project management skills and experience with the ability to lead strong personalities and drive open items to effective resolution
Proficiency in data analysis tools a plus
Bachelor's degree with typically 10 years of relevant experience or master’s degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience or typically 14 years of relevant experience without a degree.
Workplace Location
Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore, Maryland office.
Return to Work Designation: Three (3) days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.

Base Compensation
$133,508.00 - $183,573.50 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
