Manage and continue to build a team of 5+ internal campaign marketers.
Build and maintain working relationships with senior executives, editorial staff, other marketing directors, our web group (InvestorPlace.com), the production group, marketing operations group, and copywriters.
Conceive, develop, and implement innovative marketing strategies to grow our subscriber base.
Measure, analyze and share marketing campaign data (from tools like Tableu and Looker) with stakeholders and prepare recommendations for improvement to the various groups to maximize customer monetization.
Collaborate closely with other stakeholders including copywriters, marketers, the production team, and the editorial teams to deploy our event marketing efforts.
Develop and grow strategies to drive optimal “monetization” of our internal marketing lists.
Execute multivariate testing plans and provide recommendations to continuously improve the product and web event funnels.
Lead the Campaign Directors, Internal Affiliate Director, List Inventory Director and the direct mail group to follow a strategic plan and long term marketing schedule.
Primary responsibility is to communicate data and ensure best practices to drive optimal monetization of our email lists, database, and web traffic for all of our franchises
5-10 years of demonstrated marketing and advertising management with expertise in subscription marketing a must.
Financial subscription marketing with a focus on web or email marketing is preferred.
A strong desire to grow a “tribe” customer base using a variety of online and offline outlets.
Ability to use math and spreadsheets to effectively analyze data to determine the success and failure of promotional campaigns.
Experience with data analysis tools like Tableu, Looker, Power BI, FineReport or Excel PIVOT tables required.
Experience with email and marking platforms like Exact Target or Salesforce Marketing Cloud a huge plus.
Familiarity with email, affiliate, campaign build, product launch, live selling event, and lead registration campaigns is a must.
The ability to discern great financial marketing copy from the mediocre is recommended.
An energetic leader and team-builder with a passion for working to achieve results is extremely valued.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, multi-project
A bachelor’s degree in business or the equivalent in additional relevant marketing experience required.
This position requires an individual with creative, data-driven, entrepreneurial spirit with exceptional writing, communication/presentation and leadership skills.
