What will your day look like?

You will work on the Data Team in Product, and will be responsible to lead the development, administration, and curation of Salesforce and other sales and marketing enablement technologies, like Hubspot, to ensure they are being leveraged to their fullest extent. You will work with Sales and Marketing in a Sales Operations capacity, developing the metrics, reporting, and dashboards to use on an ongoing basis.

In addition, you will proactively collaborate with cross-functional partners including Patient Solutions, Product Marketing, Clinical Research, and Engineering to enable exposure to Salesforce, guide best practices, and help with ongoing projects.


Do you see yourself doing this?

  • Integrate systems like Zoom, Xero (accounting), and other analytics systems with Salesforce

  • Design and implement a comprehensive suite of Salesforce reports and dashboards for Sales and Marketing

  • Guide internal teams using Salesforce to ensure best practices, broad adoption, and promote knowledge sharing

  • Developing novel and new ways to look at our data in Salesforce, championing new solutions and new approaches

  • Work with our Engineering team to better integrate our platform data with Salesforce to enable new ways of reporting on and measuring data


    What makes you a great fit?

    You’ll be a great fit if in addition to a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other quantitative field required, and you have:

  • 4+ years of experience with Salesforce administration

  • A desire to work with Sales and Marketing teams to enable technology solutions for them, and a passion for reporting

  • Strong knowledge of a scripting language like Python or Javascript, and comfort with Apex

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively

  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate with people across functions

  • Self-motivated and impact-oriented
