Purpose of Role

The Project Manager Post-Production & Tactical Execution, plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of all tactical outputs supporting Digital, Retail, and Wholesale marketing initiatives across the Americas region. Reporting to the Manager, Post-Production & Tactical Execution, this role is primarily responsible for coordinating and driving post-production and tactical initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external partners, including project-based agency partners. Key responsibilities include partnering closely with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Operations, Production, Category Marketing, and Channel Marketing to ensure seamless execution of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Wholesale marketing initiatives. Additionally, this role involves supporting regional localization within the Americas region. With a focus on tactical execution and operational excellence, the Sr. Professional will leverage their expertise to facilitate effective communication and coordination among stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials and campaigns. This role is instrumental in driving the success of marketing initiatives, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization in the Americas market.

Your Impact

  • Support in the execution of all tactical outputs across multiple channels that support Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) and Wholesale marketing initiatives.

  • Assist in end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling and tracking.

  • Works as a project manager/producer across multiple channels and with cross functional partners including the development of detailed project plans, timelines, and key milestones guided by deadline dates for inmarket go live that maximize productivity and speed to market.

  • Work closely with direct manager to assess and evaluate all executional briefs assigned, ensuring they meet requirements and work with leadership to identify internal and external resources.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners that support tactical execution brief requests through planning to final delivery.

  • Partner with our internal team and vendor management team to identify, contract and manage external partners on a project-by-project basis.

  • Assist in contract management with external partners in close partnership with direct manager, vendor management and procurements teams on a project-by-project basis.

  • Assist in budget management and tracking, ensuring that initiatives are executed within allocated budgets and delivering measurable ROI on a project-by-project basis.

  • Work in partnership with direct manager to identify and support operational efficiencies aimed at enhancing existing processes, introducing new processes, best practices and standards that enable high-quality workflows, maximize productivity and speed to market.

  • Support in the execution of regional localization within the Americas region including partnering with category and channel marketing teams to identify localization needs per season.

  • Work in partnership with direct manager to support the enhancement and optimization of regional localization initiatives across the Americas.

  • Prepare regular reports and present in weekly meetings that include project updates, results, execution details with direct manager and/or senior leadership.

  • Work in conjunction with the Production and Post-Production team to support team initiatives through planning to final delivery as required and/or directed by Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with typically 3 years of relevant experience OR typically 9 years of relevant work experience without degree

  • Proven ability to excel in both team environments and independent work, multitask, and meet deadlines.

  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and ability to stay calm and productive under pressure.

  • Excellent analytical skills for interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.

  • Effective project management and presentation skills, with strong time management and adaptability in dynamic environments.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building and maintaining relationships.

  • Understanding of graphic systems and style guides to communicate branding and campaign messaging executed across multiple platforms and formats.

  • Understanding of project/asset management and delivery tools including Workfront, Dropbox, and DAM systems.

  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software and MS Office on MAC platforms.

  • Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite programs for online and print applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).

Base Compensation

$83,128.00 - $114,301.00 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
