Job Title: Project Architect

Job Description: Are you ready to take your architectural career to the next level? Join our innovative and collaborative team as a Project Architect! You’ll be involved in every phase of exciting projects, from initial conceptual design to construction administration. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing design and technical tasks

• Coordinating with other design disciplines

• Participating in team meetings to discuss design and technical issues

• Preparing studies, reports, graphic presentations, and 3-D renderings

• Modifying or creating construction documents

• Attending on-site visits, field reviews, and construction progress meetings

• Developing your understanding of project budget management

Hard Skills:

• Architectural design techniques

• Construction document preparation

• 3-D rendering

• Technical specification development

Soft Skills:

• Team collaboration

• Effective communication

• Presentation skills

• Project management

Work Environment: Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, with 1-2 days a week from home, depending on internal and client meetings. Travel for surveys will mostly be within the Mid-Atlantic region. You’ll interface with government and federal clients, so a professional demeanor and strong presentation skills are essential.
