Neonatology



The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) is an independent health care provider who, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team, is responsible for providing comprehensive care to both well and ill patients/participants. The NP educates patients/participants and/or their families in order to promote wellness, prevent health problems, maintain current health and intervene in acute or chronic illness. Please consult Nurse Practitioner/Physician Written Agreement for specific skills and knowledge.

Full Time (36 hours)

Rotating Shift

Weekend Work Required

Masters degree in nursing or closely related field required

One year experience is preferred. New Grads welcome to apply.

MD Neonatal Nurse Practitioner License required

AHA Healthcare Provider

Possible exposure to communicable diseases and hazardous materials with little likelihood of harm if established health precautions are followed
