Metal Finisher

Worcester Eisenbrandt, a leader in historic preservation and restoration, is seeking skilled technicians for refinishing and restoration of metal

This position restores metal surfaces to their original finish by:

1. . Removing old surface finishes, using a variety if hand tools and abrasives

2. Select machine tooling to be used, using knowledge of machines and production requirements,

3. Grinding, sanding, removing discolorations and filling discolorations,

4, Polishing and coating metals and finishing decorative details,

S trong knowledge in metal finishing (2 - 3 years experience)
Knowledge of blue print reading, techniques and materials
Attention to detail and precision
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to work independently or in a team.
