Sr. Program Manager Responsibilities
Direct the internal project scope of work, budget, timeline, and change orders.
Accountable for materials planning, budget development and cost control for assigned projects.
Direct and obtain the equipment and resources needed on the project(s).
Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule and work plan
Understand Lifecycle management for Quality Applications, processes for protocol development and execution.
Direct internal and/or client management activities for assigned projects
Identify and address complex technical issues and resourcing
Support team members; acting as the liaison to the client for discussing changes in scope of work, timeline, or budget.
Provide frequent/ clear concise project updates to internal/external customers
Direct meetings to problem solve skills to drive solutions to equipment/process issues, including FMEA and root cause analysis methodology
Interface with vendors, when necessary, to ensure vendors will deliver parts, materials, components and equipment on-time, on-budget and to technical specifications.

Requirements
Must be willing to work onsite in Baltimore, MD
Confident professional with extensive Planning Experience
Understands good Planning practices and cycles
Can write policy and procedures
Can pull and analyze data against a Planning concept / policy
Understands BOM structure and Routers / Recipes as entered into ERP and use in Planning
Can sit with MPS, Production Scheduler and Material Planners and teach standard work performance cycle
Can do work on Excel or ERP tool
JD Edwards knowledge is a huge plus for setup, MDM structure, screens and levers for actual performance of job
Understands material (RTE) Ready to Execute
Understands planning cycle steps like start with reconciling BOM, Inv, Demand, Actual Production pipeline then do math into future monthly buckets
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in the Supply Chain function
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
Demonstrated experience in leading CQV activities specific to Process Equipment
Proficiency using PC and Microsoft Office tools
Outgoing personality with strong ability to communicate effectively with peers in clear, concise terms
Ability to work as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication capabilities
Experience with and tolerance for high levels of challenge and change
Ability to communicate effectively with clients
Proven ability to identify areas of business expansion and report to management team for follow-up
