We are in search of a driven litigation attorney to join an established firm in Baltimore, Maryland. The selected candidate will be entrusted with the role of handling commercial litigation cases, conducting legal research, and providing legal insights to our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity for those who are adept in the legal field and are looking to take up challenging cases.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial litigation cases with precision and professionalism

• Conduct extensive legal research to gather relevant information for cases

• Draft and review legal documents meticulously

• Utilize exceptional writing skills to create persuasive legal arguments

• Manage discovery processes efficiently and effectively

• Provide strategic and creative solutions to clients' legal issues

• Exhibit sound practical judgment in handling various legal situations

• Operate independently, demonstrating an ability to work proactively

• Display exceptional time-management and organizational skills

• Support partners at trial by offering insightful legal perspectives and assistance.

Requirements

• Must be barred in Maryland

• Top academic credentials; excellent writing, research, organizational, time-management and oral communication skills; sound practical judgment and be extremely detail-oriented with an ability to work proactively and independently.
