Job Title: HVAC-Refrigeration Technician

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HVAC/R technician to join our installation and repair team. You will be responsible for processing and completing work orders, installing new refrigeration systems, troubleshooting mechanical failures, and performing equipment maintenance. The refrigeration technician may also be required to advise on equipment upgrades and alternate cooling units. The refrigeration mechanic will perform maintenance, installation, and repair work on refrigeration systems, equipment, and components. This work is performed under general supervision and using the tools and techniques of refrigeration technology, including non-powered hand tools. You will be working on ice machines, freezers, and CRAC (computer room air conditioners).

Required Skills

• Journeyman HVAC

• Commercial Building experience

• Troubleshoot and Diagnose

• Knowledge of refrigeration theory, techniques, codes, procedures, and materials

• Knowledge of safety rules, procedures, and practices, including OSHA standards

• Proficient written and verbal English communication skills
