Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $28-$31 an hour with weekly pay on Friday's

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:30am-4pm

What’s a typical day as a Field Service Technician? You’ll be:

• Building machinery using hand tools and measuring instruments in accordance with mechanical and electrical prints.

• Setting up, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment to ensure it meets customer specifications.

• Providing technical support to customers and assisting with the installation and training of equipment.

• Performing testing of customer products and maintaining job-related paperwork.

• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.

• Assisting with the final assembly of machinery and customer factory acceptance testing.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an automated industry/manufacturing environment.

• Have an AA degree and/or technical school training with specialization in mechanical, electrical engineering, or computer science field.

• Possess advanced knowledge of mechanical/electrical practices, electrical theory, PLC programming, pneumatics, and troubleshooting.

• Can follow detailed mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

• Are proficient in using precision measuring tools, hand, power, and air tools.

• Have good customer relation and communication skills.

• Have basic computer skills and are fluent with Microsoft Office products.

• Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and programming PLCs.

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Are able to travel approximately 30% of the time.
