Job Title: Software Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience to manage projects within the Software Team and train and develop junior engineers. You will engage in full-lifecycle software development in C/C++, solve straightforward technical problems independently, and solve complex technical problems with guidance from Principal Engineers when necessary. You will manage small to medium-sized projects, transition between first principles analysis and complex software solutions, and develop design data ranging from system descriptions to technical reports and customer presentations.

This person must be eligible for a United States Secret Clearance.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Baltimore, Maryland.

Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced, working on innovative unmanned water vehicles. You will have the opportunity to test the watercraft in the harbor in Baltimore and see your software implemented into the hardware on the production floor. This is a hands-on role, not solely a behind-the-desk coding position.
