Hogan Lovells US LLP Corporate and Finance - Mergers and Acquisitions, Mid-Level to Senior Associate in Baltimore, Maryland
The Baltimore office of Hogan Lovells seeks an outstanding mid-level to senior associate with a minimum of three years of relevant experience to join our leading Tier 1 MandA practice representing clients on domestic and cross-border transactions in a broad range of industries, including technology, aerospace and defense, consumer, life sciences, education, automotive, diversified industrial and energy.Successful candidates will possess experience in MandA, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and restructurings and the ability to interact effectively with sophisticated client teams. Familiarity with securities issuances and venture capital/private equity financings is a plus. A strong desire and ability to integrate into a collegial team environment is critical, including mentoring and supervising more junior associates.
