Pay rate range: 15-20

Insight Global is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a team of one of our large distribution clients in Baltimore, MD. As an AR Clerk, you will be responsible for entering customer payments in a timely manner, researching, and reconciling discrepancies, scanning payments into the bank, and keeping accurate notes of all communication related to accounts. You will be expected to maintain a high level of customer service as you working with customers to collect outstanding balances and resolve any discrepancies. The ideal candidate should have also have the ability to work well under pressure and have strong time-management and organization skills.

Skills and Requirements

1-3 years of experience with accounts receivables

 Experience posting customer payments and collecting outstanding balances

 Experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook

 Strong communication skills and customer service skills. Sapphire system experience null
