ReSound ERP Functional Consultant in Ballerup, Denmark

Do you want to be part of shaping the Service Need to Resolution and Warehouse Management process in our D365FO? And would you like to be part of a global recognized conglomerate within hearing instruments, audio-, video-, and gaming equipment? Then you might be our new colleague.

As a functional consultant for Service Need to Resolution (SN2R) and Warehouse Management System (WMS), you are part of ensuring the development and implementation of technical solutions that enhance our supply chain capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

The team you will be part of:

Based at our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark you will join the team “Service and Warehouse Solutions” – and report to Senior Manager Alexander Kyhl Schønberg.

You will be part of designing and delivering the Service need to Resolution for Hearing Division as a part of our Digital Transformation Program (DTP), where we are transitioning from Navision into a combination of Salesforce and D365FO. The other scrum team is focusing on a new Warehouse Management system (D365FO) program where the first project targeting the Enterprise and Gaming Division.

As we are expanding the team with a few other positions to meet the internal demands of our services, you will join a team currently consisting of 7 highly skilled functional consultants.

As a functional consultant, you will also be part of managing the solution for the Aftermarket Services (AMS) area in Enterprise and Gaming divisions, which are already live on D365FO. Your role will involve ensuring continuous improvement to this and ensure the consistency among the tree divisions.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Define, refine and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with our Business Product Owners, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translating them into actionable user stories.

  • Work closely with the rest of the delivery teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and timely delivery of features.

  • Provide 3rd-level support for complex D365FO issues if the issues cannot be solved by our application support team.

To thrive in the role, we imagine that you have:

  • Have a relevant educational background, most likely within Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or perhaps within Business Administration or IT.

  • Some years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX2012/D365FO, where you have gained knowledge of AX2012/D365FO SCM functionality, is encouraged. Alternatively, you are willing to learn and develop your professional and personal skills within IT and Supply Chain Management.

  • A good business understanding and the ability to balance cost and benefit.

  • Good communication skills in both Danish and English.

You take pride in delivering projects within scope and time. In addition, you possess good stakeholder management-, and communication skills. We are open for your Microsoft Dynamics AX2012/D365FO and SCM experience.
