Now we are looking for a dynamic,outgoingand enthusiastic – Assistant Event Service Manager with strong background and experience in Large Events, Conference and Meeting to join our energetic,enthusiasticand passionate team at Grand Hyatt Bali.

The Assistant Event Service Manager willbe responsible foroperationalrelated to events,conferenceandmeeting.AssistantEvent Service Manageralsoresponsible for handling guests and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilstfeedingback a prompt follow up.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of solid experience asAssistantBanquet Manager in a large 5-star luxury hotel or resort.

  • Experience with multiple and/or large events,conferencesand meetings.

  • Has a solid background of working in a high demand business environment.

  • Has strong leadership skills, train and develop team, and is a role model.

  • Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken.

  • Is well versed in working with Property Management System such as INFRASYS, HOTSOS, BIRCHSTREET and other systems.
