SEEKING PRODUCTION TECHNICIANS IN THE BALDWIN, WI AREA!

CAN PAY UP TO $25/HOUR!

Description:

Using precise processes and tools to set-up molds in a variety of machines.

Print work orders, and view the production schedule

Learn to manage mold cycles

Troubleshooting basic equipment failures

Perform preventive maintenance on the molds.

Prepare equipment for upcoming work orders

Responding to machine alarms in a timely manner

Reporting any irregularities (such as high scrap rates) to the Team Lead or Lead Tech

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience operating injection mold machines

• 1+ year of machine troubleshooting/PM work

• 1+ year of injection mold setup, setting molds in machines, running first articles

* If people have experience operating injection mold machines, basic troubleshooting and PM work, they could fit for this role. They will put people through their apprenticeship program to grow into this role
