Reference #: 137326\ Position Summary\ Manages day-to-day activities in treasury functions to meet the financial obligations of the organization. Performs treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt and capital management. Typically requires a bachelor\'s degree in a related area and at least 5 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field\'s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to the head of a unit/department.\ Duties & Responsibilities\ Oversee cash management functions including cash concentration, wires, account funding. Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and invest short term excess cash. Manage inter-company cash, including inter-company lending, dividends, and capital injections.\ Ensure compliance with internal controls.\ Support long-term capital market activities.\ Evaluate cash management system.\ Ensure company\'s cash flow is adequate to allow it to operate effectively.\ Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities\ Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.\ 5+ years\' relevant work experience required.\ Experience in cash management, capital market, and/or corporate finance.\ Advanced degree preferred.\ Ability to work under tight time constraints, handle sensitive date and multi-task so that deadlines can be met.\ High organized and able to prioritize and manage time efficiently with the ability to handle stress in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.\ Physical Demands/Work Environment\ The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
