TMNA Services LLC Sr. Business Analyst in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania
Work closely with U.S.-based business teams to understand and document business requirements for a variety of software applications, including accounting/billing systems, insurance policy administration systems, CRM systems, and other software applications. Identify, evaluate, and recommend potential technology-driven solutions, analyzing feasibility and costs versus benefits. Work with internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve business results. Provide day-to-day third level support for a variety of software applications, including billing systems. Communicate business requirements to software application development teams and convert requirements into technical software development and maintenance tasks. Provide technical guidance concerning business implications of application development projects. Support the planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Establish and build strong working relations and partnerships with Business Units and Senior Management. Design and deliver live software application training sessions geared toward business teams. Work with agile and waterfall methodologies; UML; BPMN; UI, design specs, and wireframes; leading and managing small and medium projects; accounting and billing systems in an insurance context; analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements; insurance policy administration systems; and, the property & casualty insurance industry.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field of study, plus five (5) years of experience with agile and waterfall methodologies; UML; BPMN; UI, design specs, and wireframes; leading and managing small and medium projects; accounting and billing systems in an insurance context; analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements; insurance policy administration systems; and, the property & casualty insurance industry.
