Dignity Health Medical Group – Bakersfield ( dhmf.org/bakersfield ) is seeking a General Urology Physician to join our physician led, patient centered practice in Bakersfield, CA. We are affiliated with Bakersfield Memorial Hospital ( bakersfieldmemorial.org ) and Mercy Hospitals ( dignityhealth.org/mercy-bakersfield ) and aligned with one of the largest health systems in the nation and the largest hospital system in California.

Practice Highlights:

• Join experienced Urologist in the Group and Team of experienced Urologists to share call

• 1:7 hospital call

• da Vinci robot available

• Emphasizes high quality of care over quantity

• Dedicated MA team for efficient workflow

Available Resources:

• RN Triage during after hours and weekends

• Marketing representative to help build patient panel with various media resources and connecting you with the community

Compensation/Benefits Include:

• Student loan assistance

• Excellent earning potential supported by a salary guarantee period of $400,000 - $475,000/year

• Generous sign on bonus and relocation assistance

• Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans and CME allowance

• The posted compensation range is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
