Dignity Health Medical Group – Bakersfield ( dhmf.org/bakersfield ) is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join our physician led, patient centered practice in Bakersfield, CA. We are affiliated with Bakersfield Memorial Hospital ( bakersfieldmemorial.org ) and Mercy Hospitals ( dignityhealth.org/mercy-bakersfield ) and aligned with one of the largest health systems in the nation and the largest hospital system in California

Practice Highlights:

• Join experienced ENT in Group

• Full scope practice: outpatient clinic, outpatient surgery center and hospital consults

• Focus on adult cases with some pediatric cases

• Emphasizes high quality of care over quantity

• Dedicated MA team for efficient workflow

Available Resources:

• RN Triage during after hours and weekends

Compensation/Benefits Include:

• Salary*: 500,000/year

• Excellent earning potential including a salary guarantee period and productivity bonus

• Generous sign on bonus and relocation assistance
