Seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. Will be responsible for efficiently processing paperwork, scanning documents, performing computer data entry, and ensuring accurate labeling of records. This role is crucial to maintaining organized and streamlined administrative processes within our organization. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Valid driver\'s license. * Proficient computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with office software. Duties: * Operate scanning equipment and handle paperwork efficiently. * Maintain confidentiality of information. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Document filing as needed. * Additional duties as assigned. Additional notes: * Temporary position for up to six months. * Up to 19 hours per week. * Working hours will be within Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
