This position is looking for a candidate that fulfills the following responsibilities and qualifications:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for Local Sales, as well as achieving pre-established goals under a specific assigned business market, utilizing appropriate sales programs and procedures and carrying out multi-faceted projects.

  1. Supervise and follow up on each of the established negotiations of its segmentation, in order to achieve the monthly and annual budget assigned individually.

  2. Responsible for achieving the pre-established individual quota according to the potential of the segments assigned to him/her.

  3. Develop a comprehensive management of the segments under his/her responsibility and to maximize the closing of negotiations of captive and non-captive customers.

  4. Keep informed of RTS results.

  5. Analyze internal reports of occupancy and average daily rate in order to have information that facilitates the sale when negotiating rates and spaces.

  6. Execute the guidelines established in the Booking Guidelines by the Sales Management.

  7. Maintain and increase the annual production volume of captive clients.
