In order to support the development of the activity in France, we are looking for a Project Manager (M/F) ready to take on the new challenges proposed to this Business Unit.
Job Summary
Your contribution to the success of the activity will consist of orchestrating special machine projects (ergonomic handling and assembly systems) from the formulation of the request to the closure of the project, while ensuring their viability and profitability. and guaranteeing customer satisfaction (costs, deadlines, quality) in the EMEA zone.
Responsibilities:
Initialize the project:
Provide technical support to the Sales Force during the needs identification phase
Collect the necessary technical data from the customer
Write a commercial and technical offer (in support of the costing officer), in an illustrated and reasoned manner
Lead the project:
prepare it in all its aspects
Carry it out in compliance with the specifications
Maintaining the commitment of Project Team members:
Close the project:
Write the project closing report,
Ensure that the project is completely closed,
Lead the closing meeting
Ensure customer satisfaction: measure customer satisfaction with the product delivered and project management
Engage in a continuous improvement process:
Regularly check the added value of the project to the Company: key points, reasons justifying the implementation of the project, analysis and reasoned recommendations in decision-making, expected benefits, possible expected counter-benefits, compliance with deadlines, costs,
Track your performance indicators
Basic qualifications:
Engineering training or equivalent with a strong specialization in mechanics and pneumatics
2 to 3 years of experience in a project organization
Travel and work arrangements and requirements
- occasional business trips in France and Europe
