Contingent Upon Award of Contract

Amentum is seeking a qualified Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) . This position will be responsible for supporting the Program Manager by overseeing the overall program Quality Control program.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) is primarily responsible for implementing the Contractor’s approved Quality Management Plan for the overall Task Order (TO), overseeing the implementation of subtask-specific quality control plans, and supervising the performance of the construction contractor(s) for the subtasks related to construction oversight. This includes responsibility for managing in-house or third-party quality assurance personnel and providing oversight and independent inspection and verification of construction contractor(s) quality control processes and documentation of all construction activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering or business administration

• Possess a professional certification such as the American Society for Quality (ASQ) or the Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C)

• 5 years’ experience as a quality assurance manager or similar role

• Clearance: Must possess a Secret Security Clearance .
