Mosaic Support Services Coordinator / QIDP in Axtell, Nebraska

We’re looking for a Support Service Coordinator/QIDP to join our team! At Mosaic, we empower people to live as independently as possible. As a Support Service Specialist, you’ll oversee the quality aspects of individuals served in our intermediate care facilities, focusing primarily on quality, clinical and compliance outcomes. Who will love this job: * A natural helper - You have a knack for sensing the emotions of those around you, often feeling what others are feeling as though the emotions are your own. * A collaborator- you know that cross-functional teams come up with the most successful solutions * A creative problem-solver - you aren’t afraid to analyze a situation, identify potential problems and make any necessary adjustments * A mediator - you’re a catalyst for building trusting relationships, naturally drawing people together while remaining calm and focused, even in emotionally charged situations What YOU’LL Do: * Participate in maximizing employee engagement by supporting direct support teams with adequate training and coaching * Coordinate and direct the delivery of habilitative services with regulatory requirements * Manage development of individual-centered programs and monitor the quality of services delivered * Develop new policies, procedures and methods to deliver quality services * Provide on-call assistance and guidance to staff during critical situations. SCHEDULE: Generally a day position with on-call responsibilities rotating weekends – which may require other hours and flexibility based on the needs of the department/ agency. What YOU’LL Need: * You’re comfortable and even thrive in fast-paced environments where you learn something new every day * Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Occ Therapist, Nurse or related field - REQUIRED * Two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities * Strong background in performing habilitative services in a thoughtful and purposeful manner * Ability to adapt and be agile as needed in a fast-paced environment * High intrinsic motivation to serve others through an individual-centric operations method * Experience working in an intermediate care facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities and may require QIDP certification where needed.
